Kaaren is able to sensitively and competently navigate the complex and differing needs of both clients and their families as they adjust to life changing injury.

Cases have included complex brain and spinal injuries, complex orthopaedic and polytrauma injuries.  Having spent many years working clinically as an occupational therapist both with children and adults, Kaaren has extensive experience in meeting, identifying and managing the needs of clients through multidisciplinary and multi-agency working.

She gained a high level of clinical skill in the rehabilitation of adults with complex needs, specialising in neuro rehabilitation, having worked across acute, rehabilitative and community settings in some of the most advanced neuro rehabilitation services in London.

Kaaren values being reliable and proactive.  She has extensive skills in working as an advocate for her clients, as well as their families and carers to build supportive, efficient, and effective teams around them.

She has a good understanding of the litigation process and has acted as a professional witness in court.
