3HUB Case Management Community

3HUB is a community of independent case managers with a client-first focus and impeccable governance standards. The welcome and support I’ve received have been overwhelming. It feels like coming home.

In relation to one particular case which involved visiting a brain injured client living in the Netherlands, I have found her Initial Needs Assessment report to be one of the most insightful, clear and thorough INA reports I have ever read.

In all honesty, I do not know how we could have coped without the expertise of Shelley and her team.  She has been a constant source of support, advice and knowledge, which has been invaluable to us…..reliable and efficient and a pleasure to work with.

I have worked with her for many years now as a case manager on my serious injury cases.  She is an excellent case manager with a real empathy for the client’s position and who always goes the extra mile for my clients and their families.

3HUB provides the professional scaffolding for me to practise with grounded confidence.  It connects me to like-minded realistic colleagues with a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.  The Directors each bring a very different and special skillset; this cultivates a high class, ethical, creative culture that I am proud to be a part of.

Emily is personable, amiable, positive and empathetic.  She has immediately engendered a relationship of trust and confidence with the client and the client’s family.  Furthermore, she is also clearly respected by the entire rehabilitation team and in both cases (which were jointly instructed under the rehabilitation code) also the trust and respect of both party’s lawyers.

Without 3HUB I would not have taken the steps to become an independent case manager.  I feel that they have provided me with the advice, tools and support to give me the confidence and ability to be where I am today.  To begin with I was overwhelmed and anxious about leaving a case management company however I was helped and supported every step of the way.
