Equality & Diversity

Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Statement

We believe equality and diversity should be the thread that runs through everything and not a stand-alone issue.

Our policies reflect our compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations to ensure the non-discriminatory, safe, well led, effective and responsive delivery of care and support to our clients.

The principles of non-discrimination and equal opportunities extends to the way in which staff treat clients and their families, visitors, customers, suppliers and former staff members, we seek to promote a fundamental culture of respect and dignity where we, as an organisation, actively challenge discrimination where we encounter it.

The 3HUB Community has an Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Policy in place which aims to promote these values.
