Amy is a hardworking, reliable, articulate, and well-organised case manager who is flexible and able to adapt to challenges when they arise.

She works with adolescents, adults, and older people with a range of severe and complex disabilities and injuries. Amy’s caseload includes brain injury, spinal cord injury and polytrauma/complex orthopaedic.

Much of her clinical experience as an occupational therapist has been within the community assessing for care packages, providing equipment, and recommending housing adaptations.

Amy has worked across both public and private sectors on a clinical, managerial, and commercial level.  She has a proven ability to coordinate and manage care and therapy teams, devise treatment programmes alongside them that increase a client’s ability to carry out activities or occupations that they value as independently as possible.  She has experience of reliably managing multiple caseloads, prioritising needs, and completing required administrative tasks in a timely way.

Since 2011 Amy has worked independently as a care and occupational therapy expert witness, and more recently, as a case manager.  She has current and recent experience of preparing written reports for the Court requiring a high level of clinical reasoning and justification.
