Clinical Lead Vic Leever

Vic is an experienced case manager having worked with children and young people for over 16 years. She is a former chair of BABICM’s Professional Practice and Membership Group. Alongside her case management practice, she is passionate about staff supervision and development especially as we see the case management industry undergoing considerable change. Vic supervises case managers from a variety of professional backgrounds. Her approach to supervision is well received, providing a thought provoking, reflective and supportive approach.

In her role as a lead advanced member assessor, she is very supportive of the advanced BABICM process and has presented the BABICM webinar on this. She meets with case managers on an individual and small group basis, to help alleviate any concerns regarding the advanced process.

Vic maintains an active clinical case load of children and young people with complex needs. She works with clients pre and post settlement of personal injury and clinical negligence awards and has extensive experience in the coordination of services and working with professionals. She also has a good understanding of support worker recruitment and line management to best support both her clients, their families’ needs and also to use this knowledge and experience when meeting with her supervisee’s.
