Emma Le Grand


Emma provides Case Management for children and adults with complex needs in the South west and the Midlands.  Emma qualified as an Occupational therapist in 2003.  Her professional practice extends across Statutory and Private sector Health Care and Independent Specialist Education.  Emma has extensive experience of working with clients with Neurological Disabilities, Brain Injury, Orthopaedic Injuries and those with associated Learning or mental health difficulties.

Intrinsically motivated, Emma prides her self on providing innovative and creative solutions to overcome barriers, enabling her clients to achieve their goals.  Emma is passionate about ensuring the teams she manages share common values in line with those of her clients.

During her career Emma has recruited, coordinated and directed therapy and multidisciplinary teams both as a Therapy Service Lead and as a Case Manager.  Emma understands the importance of high levels of communication, team support and diversity in order to treat every client as an individual, whilst maintaining a high standard of care.  Excellent knowledge of other clinical, therapeutic and educational roles contributes to successful assessment and recommendations in relation to her clients rehabilitation.

Emma is experienced at working within the litigation framework and is able to support her clients through this process.

Emma strives to provide an outstanding service to her clients, ensuring that clients and their families have the best possible support during their rehabilitation journey.
