Emma has extensive experience of working with children and adults with complex needs including neurological disabilities, brain injury, polytrauma/complex orthopaedic injuries and those with associated learning or mental health difficulties.  Intrinsically motivated, Emma prides herself on providing innovative and creative solutions to overcome barriers, enabling her clients to achieve their goals.

During her career Emma has recruited, coordinated, and directed therapy and multidisciplinary teams both as a Therapy Service Lead and as a case manager.  Excellent knowledge of other clinical, therapeutic, and educational roles contributes to successful assessment and recommendations in relation to her client’s rehabilitation.  Emma is experienced at working within the litigation framework and can support her clients through this process.

Her professional practice extends across Statutory and Private sector Health Care and Independent Specialist Education.
