I first worked with Lauren in June 2019 when she was instructed to prepare an INA on a spinally injured patient. I have worked in claimant PI since I qualified in 1997. In that time, I have worked with many case managers, some good, most average and a few are exceptional. Lauren is exceptional. She is always available at the end of the phone or by email; she understands the litigation process and her reports are very well written (a skill that many case managers lack). She is professional, organised but most importantly, she genuinely cares about the clients and appreciates that she can make a valuable difference to someone’s life.
