Odele is a highly skilled and compassionate case manager and registered nurse with over 13 years’ clinical experience in complex care and neurorehabilitation across hospital and community settings. She combines strong clinical expertise with a proactive, holistic and person-centred approach, empowering clients to achieve their goals and maximise their potential.
Odele is experienced in assessing client needs, working with clients to identify meaningful goals, coordinating care and therapy, and monitoring progress and outcomes. She works collaboratively with clients, families, treating professionals, care providers, funders and legal teams to ensure that support is safe, effective and responsive to each client’s changing circumstances.
Her experience includes supporting children and adults requiring rehabilitation following brain, spinal or orthopaedic injury, as well as those with complex medical and care needs.
