Penny Haysom

I am a registered nurse and a qualified social worker and teacher.  Having worked over 20 years as a case manager I have a wealth of experience supporting both children and adults with a wide range of cognitive and physical disabilities, including traumatic brain injury and complex orthopaedic cases.  I have a deep understanding of the litigation and post settlement process. I enjoy supporting clients in the community and I have extensive knowledge of assessment, planning and delivery of complex discharges and of specialist rehabilitation programmes involving both large support teams and less intensive regimes.  I proactively liaise with all those involved: the client, their family members, specialist clinicians, deputies and litigating solicitors.
