Jane is a highly experienced qualified nurse and lecturer. She has worked extensively across hospitals including theatres and acute surgical trauma. Jane has also worked in the community as manager of nursing, residential and sheltered housing schemes. Jane has a post graduate diploma in health education and has worked within universities as a senior nurse lecturer.
Jane is the registered manager for 3HUB and provides oversight and leadership of the regulated activity for clients cared for under 3HUB’s CQC registration. Jane is knowledgeable about the requirements of the CQC regulations and how this is applied to case management.
Jane started work as a case manager over 18 years ago, having supported her own son who had a TBI when he was twelve. She supports adults and children with complex needs following ABI and spinal injuries and has personal experience of supporting family and clients with amputations requiring specialist orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Jane has worked as a care expert and continues to write nursing reports, for financial deputies to identify client care needs and payment of gratuitous care.
She has developed a range of training programmes that include competency assessment of support workers covering complex tasks such as PEG feeding, catheterisations and administering rescue medication.
