It is in no sense an overstatement to say that I consider that Jane is worth her weight in gold. She has no weaknesses. Her expertise, experience and wisdom is a reassuring presence and a source of great professional comfort in even the most challenging case. The thoroughness, rigour and compassion with which she safeguards and promotes the interests of her clients is remarkable. If all case managers were only half as good as Jane, the world would be a much better place.
