At 3HUB safeguarding clients is fundamental to our practice, and supporting our case managers to navigate the complexities and nuances of the safeguarding process is key. With this at the forefront of our service we aim to ensure that safeguarding runs through all that we do as practitioners. 3HUB's Safeguarding Consultant, Linda Sayers offers all 3HUB members specialist support with the complex safeguarding needs of our clients, ensuring that they can access the appropriate assistance and care they need within the current legal and governance frameworks.
Linda is a highly respected and experienced Safeguarding Consultant and trainer. She works across both the Private Sector (predominantly Case Management, Rehabilitation and Complex Care) and with Local Authority Social Workers in safeguarding consultancy and training roles. Linda also designs and runs her accredited Safeguarding training courses (level 3 and level 4).

- MA Social Work – Leicester University
- Certificate of Qualification in Social Work – Leicester University
- CCETSW Social Work Practice Teacher Award – Nottingham University
- Learning and Development level 3 and 4 NVQ and D 32 , 33 Awards ( City and Guilds)
- Registered Manager’s Award Level 4 ( City and Guilds )
- Post Grad Diploma in Human Resource Management – Anglia Ruskin University
- Chartered Fellow – CIPD
