Originally trained in nursing in the US, she began her career in private in-home care before relocating to the UK in 2017. She then worked as a caseworker supporting victims of human trafficking through the National Referral Mechanism, coordinating legal, medical, and social services with compassion and precision.

Her career has also included a role as Credit Controller at HMG Paints Ltd, where she developed strong financial and problem-solving skills.

Since returning to the healthcare sector in 2024, Sara has focused on fostering trust, responsiveness, and ethical communication. She is now seeking to transition into independent practice as a Case Manager Assistant, where she can continue to offer tailored support in collaboration with case managers, utilising her vast experience in coordination of services, building of trusting relationships and knowledge of multidisciplinary team working.
