Sarah is a dedicated and compassionate case manager with a wealth of experience in neurorehabilitation. Her nursing background of over 20 years enables her to ensure that her clients are receiving the best clinical care possible with a client centred approach.
Sarah has worked both as a nurse in a hospital environment and in the community before entering case management. She has extensive experience with the ability to reassuringly and confidently lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including the chairing of multi-disciplinary meetings.
She is a specialist nurse within the NHS working closely with the neuro rehabilitation ward and neurologists and is skilled in coordinating care, therapists and support packages for her clients.
Throughout her career, Sarah has worked in several specialisms including surgery, CAMHS and safeguarding. This has given her experience of working with people from many diverse backgrounds with differing socioeconomic challenges. She prides herself in her ability to communicate effectively and compassionately to everyone and feels this is the foundation of building a flourishing therapeutic relationship. From this, she can help families deal with whatever trauma has affected them and help make the rehabilitation journey effective.
