I am a registered nurse and one of the founder directors of the 3HUB Case Management Community, which is a collaborative community of highly experienced, specialist, independent case managers. I am also a partner and the Registered Manager of Three Case Management, which is a CQC regulated provider, offering case management and rehabilitation to adults with complex or catastrophic injuries including brain injury and orthopedic conditions.
I graduated from University of Central England Birmingham with a degree in Adult Nursing in 1994. I have worked across hospital rehabilitation, community, and outpatient care settings. I developed an early interest in elderly rehabilitation and tissue viability and wound care. I subsequently attained a master’s degree in Gerontology in 2000 from Kings College. I have been working in case management since 2007 and I have experience of working with adults with brain injury, orthopaedic injuries, and other life changing injuries.
