A relationship of trust, confidence and respect

Emily is personable, amiable, positive and empathetic.  She has immediately engendered a relationship of trust and confidence with the client and the client’s family.  Furthermore, she is also clearly respected by the entire rehabilitation team and in both cases (which were jointly instructed under the rehabilitation code) also the trust and respect of both party’s lawyers.
