Carianne’s career in social care goes back 25 years and since then she has been making a difference to people with unique and often challenging needs; advocating for them and enabling them to be independent in navigating their care and rehabilitation journey in order to maximise their quality of life.
As an experienced Social Worker, Carianne has extensive knowledge, skills and expertise in Adult Social Care and is used to managing a high intensity caseload of adults and young people with complex needs and situations; including assessing, meeting and reviewing needs, managing safeguarding issues, understanding mental capacity and when to make decisions in a person’s best interest, writing reports and witness statements and working within the legal arena, including attending the High Court.
