Jacqueline has over 20 years working in healthcare. Initially as an Occupational Therapist then as a Case Manager working with children and young adults with complex physical and developmental needs.
Jacqueline worked as a specialist advisor to the Care Quality Commission and as an Allied Health Professions (AHP) lead on regional NHS projects. Her last NHS role was as a Designated Clinical Officer for SEND working across Health and Education to support Children and Young people with Special Educational Needs.
She is a much sought after, caring, solution focused Case Manager and has extensive experience supporting complex clients and care teams.
She collaborates effectively with clients, and their support systems to include families, statutory services, education providers, legal professionals and insurance teams to help achieve meaningful outcomes. She understands the importance of getting the right support to progress the needs of the case.
