She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology and brings a strong foundation in neurorehabilitation, case coordination, and multidisciplinary working.
Megan has progressed from hands-on support roles into an assistant case management role, giving her a thorough understanding of rehabilitation delivery from both strategic and practical perspectives. She has extensive experience coordinating community-based rehabilitation packages, liaising with multidisciplinary professionals, managing support teams, and ensuring care is delivered safely, effectively, and in line with agreed outcomes.
