Rebecca is a compassionate and dedicated case manager who is focused on empowering her clients to achieve their rehabilitation potential by building trusting relationships and providing solid support as they navigate their recovery journey.
Rebecca excels at goal setting and monitoring rehabilitation as needs change, ensuring risk management and safeguarding needs of the individual are central to her practice. Rebecca has experience working with people in diverse settings and situations and coordinating the work of multi- disciplinary teams and support staff and believes a collaborative approach is essential to achieving the clients’ goals. Rebecca will be managing regulated care packages under the 3HUB CQC regulation ensuring compliance and high-quality care is delivered.
Rebecca case manages clients who have sustained a spinal cord injury at all levels, children with Cerebral Palsy or other birth related injuries, clients who have sustained polytrauma and complex orthopaedic injuries and adult acquired brain injury.
