Richard is the registered manager for 3HUB and provides oversight and leadership of the regulated activity for clients cared for under 3HUB’s CQC registration. Richard is knowledgeable about the requirements of the CQC regulations and how they are applied to case management.

He is a registered children’s nurse with a background in safeguarding, governance, and the management of complex paediatric care. He brings significant expertise in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing clinical and environmental risk, and supporting families through complex care journeys.
