Richard is the registered manager for 3HUB and provides oversight and leadership of the regulated activity for clients cared for under 3HUB’s CQC registration. Richard is knowledgeable about the requirements of the CQC regulations and how they are applied to case management.
He is a registered children’s nurse with a background in safeguarding, governance, and the management of complex paediatric care. He brings significant expertise in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing clinical and environmental risk, and supporting families through complex care journeys.
Richard has worked across community, acute and leadership settings, including senior roles overseeing quality assurance and regulatory compliance. His practice is underpinned by a strong safeguarding focus and a commitment to ensuring that care packages receive person-centred care.
Throughout his career, Richard has gained experience in both the case management field and as a world expert witness preparing reports for the courts. This work has provided him with a solid understanding of clinical governance and complex medical legal concerns. He has also gained substantial knowledge by working with commissioners, legal teams, education providers and health and social care professionals. In addition, he has a specialty interest in long term ventilation and tracheostomy care.
